Q. How long does it take to receive my package?
Typically, you’ll receive your package and any associated Discord roles within 2-5 minutes after checkout. It's almost instant!
Q. I didn’t receive my package or Discord role—what should I do?
No worries! You can reach out by emailing us at tom@tomdotbat.dev, or you can create a ticket in our Discord in the #support-ticket channel. We'll sort it out quickly!
Q. Can I get a refund if I change my mind about a package?
Refunds are not accepted and all transactions through this webstore are considered final. However, EU customers are eligible for a refund if requested within their statutory right of withdrawal period. If you have already received your package benefits this exception shall not apply.
Q. Where does my money go when I make a purchase?
Your contributions directly support server maintenance activities and help us roll out new features to enhance your experience.
Q. Can I contribute a custom amount to help the server?
We don’t have an option to contribute custom amounts directly, but we’re always grateful for any support! If you'd like to assist differently, feel free to make a ticket in our Discord in the #support-ticket channel, and we can discuss how you can help.
Q. I’m having trouble checking out with my payment method of choice or my payment method isn't listed. What should I do?

Q: How can I upgrade to a higher VIP package?
Upgrading to a higher package is easy! Simply select the package you want that’s above your current one, and you’ll see an option to pay only for the difference. This means you won’t have to pay the full price of the new package. For example, if you have the Ember package that gives you 1 million and you upgrade to the Blaze package that gives you 2 million, you’ll only pay for the additional 1 million. This way, you end up with the total benefits of the new package without losing what you’ve already received.
